Living here

On occasions, those who look after elderly family or friends at home may need for their loved ones to enter respite or temporary care.

Adventist Aged Care Sydney offers a high standard respite service providing a comfortable place to stay as a short term break in the safe surroundings of our facilities for when your loved one needs it most. We also offer a variety of services and activities to encourage independence and overall well-being is facilitated. Respite Care includes high needs care and palliative care.

Family and friends are always welcome. There are no contracts or obligations, you can choose what you need and when you need it, up to 63 days per year.

Bookings are essential as respite places are in high demand. Emergency short term accommodation is offered depending on availability at either our Wahroonga or Kings Langley residential aged care facilities. Entry into a respite care requires documented approval from an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) as outlined in the Department of Health & Ageing website.

Ask us about respite vacancies by completing the enquire now form and one of our friendly and caring staff will contact you to discuss your needs.
