We are incredibly proud of all of our staff for the respect that they show while provide all our residents care with love and dignity. We recently received this lovely thank you from James, whose mother lives with us at Elizabeth Lodge, Wahroonga. With his permission we share it with you.

“Dear Elizabeth Lodge Team,

I want to put down in writing just how thankful I am for the care you’re providing my mother. For two weeks I visited Elizabeth Lodge every day except one. Most days my visits lasted for three hours or more. As a lawyer, I am a rather keen observer. I watched and listened as the Elizabeth Lodge team interacted with residents.

What I saw and heard was deeply impressive – as was what I didn’t hear.

Not once did a hear an angry tone of voice. Never did I see someone too busy to stop and care for someone. Every problem, small or large was handled kindly and calmly. The facility was spotless, the grounds beautiful and while the process to visit were complex, I never felt stressed because of the kind and professional way you and your team handles managed it.

That you are so kind and so professional in such difficult circumstances imposed by the pandemic is immensely impressive.
